Plan a small-batch collection without a wasted trip
Small pallet lots can still need careful coordination. Confirm the handoff before paying for a vehicle or asking someone to make a collection.
Confirm the current count
Ask whether the offer is still available, whether pieces have been reserved and whether collection depends on receiving new stock. A request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a reservation or proof of inventory.
Agree who handles the load
Identify who will load and unload, what equipment is available and whether your vehicle can accept it. Follow the carrier’s and equipment operator’s instructions for safe handling and securement.
Keep an alternative ready
If the lot does not match its description, do not accept it merely to justify the trip. Ask the owner about a different collection or an appropriate recycling route.
Keep these details together
- Availability reconfirmed
- Vehicle and loading agreed
- Unloading planned
- Mismatch or cancellation plan
